Welcome to Blake and Marisa’s beautiful Texas wedding!

I’ve had the incredible privilege of documenting countless love stories over the years, but Blake and Marisa’s wedding day holds a special place in my heart. This celebration was not just a union of two souls but a manifestation of pure joy and unbridled fun.

Blake and Marisa aren’t just clients; they’re friends whom I met through my community in Denver about a year ago. Their infectious joy and genuine connection made every moment spent with them a treasure. I had the honor of capturing their proposal back in April — an experience that was as delightful and exciting as their infectious personalities. Anything involving Blake and Marisa is a guarantee for a good time, and their wedding day was certainly no exception.

Marisa and Blake envisioned a celebration that mirrored their vibrant spirits, and they certainly delivered. The wedding took place on Marisa’s family’s property in Blanco, TX — a backdrop of rustic charm and familial warmth. The collaborative efforts of Sweet Magnolia Events, Perry’s Petals TX, and the entire vendor team transformed the setting into a vision of beauty.

One highlight that stole the show was the dance floor extravaganza! The live band set the tone for a night of joyous celebration, and the guests were more than ready to follow suit. For a solid three hours, the dance floor was a whirlwind of energy and excitement, a testament to the couple’s desire to be fully present with their loved ones and revel in the magic of the moment.

As a wedding photographer, it’s my greatest privilege to preserve the in-between moments, interactions, personalities, and deeply rooted relationships on display throughout your wedding day. The last thing I want you to remember from your wedding day is not how I posed you, but how your wedding day felt. Ideally, you forget who photographed your wedding in 10 years, and all you are left with are the timeless, preserved moments that are true to who you are — an evidence of life lived.
